What answers did the learnt men give to Tsar's questions? Why did he give reward to none?

Tsar's Palace

Answer:   Many learnt men came to the Tsar to answer his three questions. To the first question, few answered that to know the right time for every action, one should draw up in advance a table of days, months and year and he should follow it strictly. Then few suggested that one should attend to all what was going on and should perform the most important act among them. Then others said that it was impossible for one to attend all matters at a time, so he should form a council of wise men. Few rejected the previous answer and suggested to consult a magician to know every matter’s right time.

In the same way, all replied differently to the second question of the Tsar. Some of them replied that councilors were the most needed person to the Tsar. Few rejected the previous answer and replied that priest was the most important person. Also, some mentioned doctor, warrior respectively.

Also, to the third question, all gave different answer. Some opined that science was the most important matter to exercise. Few of them replied that skill of warfare was the most necessary work. Also, few disagreed with previous answers and mentioned religious worship as the most important work.

The Tsar gave the reward to none who gave answers to his questions. He did so because all the answers were different.
