What views did the narrator and the girl express on Mussoorie?

                (While discoursing with each other, when the girl asked the narrator where he was going, the narrator informed her that he would go to Mussoorie. Hearing it, immediately the girl told that she loved Mussoorie for its natural beauty, especially for hills. According to her, it was favourable to travel there only in October. She also said that she was very much keen to visit that place.
 

             Then the narrator called on his memories and agreed with her that October was the best time as at that time the hills remained covered with wild dahlias and the sunlight seemed pleasant. And at night, one could sit in front of a log-fire and drink a little brandy.) Besides, in that time, the place and its roads remained quiet and deserted as most of the tourists left the place.
