Who was Agatha? How was she confined in the vault? How was she saved? Significance of this scene. (Vault Episode)2013 / “That child can’t stand it long in there”—Bing out the context.

Answer: Agatha was Annabel’s married sister’s one of the daughters.

 To show a new, improved vault in the bank, Mr. Adams brought Jimmy along with his family to his bank. There when everyone was busy in talking, Adams’ elder grand-daughter carelessly and playfully made her little sister Agatha confined in the vault.

 Nobody knew the process to unlock the vault. At that time Annabel earnestly requested Jimmy to do something to save the girl. Fortunately, Jimmy had his suitcase in his hand and fixed his mind to save the girl in spite of having the risk of revealing his past life. Then he opened the vault with his burglary tools and saved the girl.

 This scene is very much important as through this scene Jimmy’s real identities—an expert safe-burglar and a true lover—are disclosed. At the end of the story we came to know that Jimmy changed himself into a real man and lover.
