What do you mean by Writing? / Explain Writing in the process of writing.

 

After completing the prewriting process, one has to start the writing process that includes the following two processes—Draft writing and revising the draft and these will help the actual writing to get built.

📗 Draft Writing: In this phase, the information, ideas etc collected in the previous stage though outline, brainstorming, clustering, are combined for draft writing. Here the draft does not need to be the final and complete version of the writing; rather it should the developed version of the previous stage. This phase should be in the following steps—

• Introduction: This section should be precise and central idea centric so that the reader gets a clear idea of the writing at the very beginning of the writing.

• Main body: this is the part where all the ideas, information are included regarding the topic of the writing. Also explanation of the topic must be included here in separate paragraphs if needed. In short, all the important concepts collected in previous stage though different phases are to be developed in this part.

• Conclusion: This part should be used to conclude the writing. It helps to satisfy all the conflicts, questions of the readers regarding the writing. It binds the total writing from the very beginning to the end.

📗 Revising the draft: This is the final phase of draft writing. While revising the draft one should consider the following matters—

• Topic content: Revising the draft should ensure the topic to be enriched, well-explained, informative to acceptable for everyone.

• Bonding of content: All the information, ideas must be linked together and must display the clear theme of the writing.

• Sequence and arrangement: The sentences, paragraphs need to be arranged in proper sequence so that the reader does not get in trouble to understand what the writing wants to express.

• Language and style: The language, its words must be very comprehensive and the style of the writing should be in uniform style though out the writing.

This revision may continue few times to ensure the good draft writing.
