      I, Mrinal Das, a resident of Nrisinghapur, Santipur, Nadia, beg to inform you that I am a regular customer of your store. On 05/12/21, I bought a new HP Laptop from your store vide bill no- 101 and I paid the total amount of its price on the spot. Now after returning home, I notice that the laptop is not working properly and its software is getting crushed now and then. Sometimes, the laptop is not turning on. I am a student of class XII and during this Corona Pandemic I am facing a lot of problem in my online study. Besides, my examination is very near. Without it, I will fall in great trouble.

     So I request you to repair it or replace it with the same as soon as possible. The photocopy of the purchasing bill is attached to this application.
