Respected Sir/Madam,

        I am writing to request for a duplicate Admit Card for my H.S Examination. My name is Madan Ghosh, bearing Roll No- 123-456 and Reg. No- 123456789. I am a student of Haripur High School (HS), Haripur ,Santipur, Nadia. I am going to appear in H.S Examination 2023. Unfortunately, I have lost my Admit Card and I am fearful that I will be unable to appear in H.S Examination without a valid Admit Card.

I have enclosed a photocopy of my lost Admit Card and Registration Certificate and a letter from my school which confirms my enrolment. I request you to kindly issue me a duplicate Admit Card for my H.S Examination so that I can appear in the examination. I would be grateful if you consider my request at the earliest.
