Paragraph on The Taj Mahal
There are many buildings and monuments in our country. The seventh wonder of the world, the Taj Mahal is undoubtedly one of them. It is situated beside the Jamuna river in Agra. It was built by Shah Jahan, the fifth Mughal emperor in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mohal. This wonderful monument was designed by an architect, Ustad Isha. It is said that it took long twenty-two years to be built and twenty thousand workers worked to complete it. About three crore rupees were spent on it. It is all built in white marble and jewels on the walls. It is really a superb specimen of architecture of the then India.
