As the secretary of your club write a notice to the members about garbage cleaning programme mentioning the points: date, time, place of assembly, necessary things, duration of operation etc.

                  It is hereby notified that our club has decided to make a garbage cleaning programme in our locality. So, all the members of our club are requested to be present at club-premises on 15th September by 9a.m to take part in it. They each must bring a basket and a broom with them. This programme will be continued till 1 p.m.

                  Co-operation from the all sides is desirable to make it a grand success.
