Sub: Preventive measures against outbreak of COVID-19
We all know that deadly COVID-19 has broken out all over the world as well as our country and we know that the scientists have not yet discover its vaccine. So, government have decided to temporarily close educational institutions to avoid the spread of infection. COVID-19 is an infectious disease which can seriously affect lungs and other organs of the body and can even cause death.
The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva when an infected person speaks,
coughs or sneezes. So, we all should maintain the following facts strictly: -
1. We should cover the face with a mask in crowded places and maintain social distancing.
2. We should stay at home and should not go outside except for emergency purposes.
3. We should wash our hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
4. If they are out for some reason and soap and water are not readily available, a 60% alcohol-based sanitizer should be used to keep our hands clean.
5. We must also avoid spitting in public places.
6. Lastly, things of daily use must be regularly cleaned with disinfectants.
Co-operation from all is earnestly solicited to prevent and slow down the spread of this disease.
