Letter to Hospital Super for concession of Medical Fee

Sub: Application for medical fee concession

Sir,

      I, Sitanath Ghosh, a resident of Nrisinghapur, Santipur, Nadia, most humbly and respectfully, beg to state you that my only son Rabi Ghosh, aged 10, is suffering from blood cancer. Now he is admitted in your hospital. I am a poor day labourer and my monthly family income is Rs-2000 only. A certificate from B.D.O (Santipur, Fulia, West Bengal), is attached to this application, will testify to it. Under such circumstances, it seems very difficult for me to maintain family, not to speaking of bearing the expenses of my son’s treatment and medicine.

      I shall be very much thankful if you concede the fees of my son’s treatment and make arrangement of free medicines so that I may continue his treatment.
