Madam,

          With due respect, I, Sita Roy, a student of your school, beg to state you that I have been a student of your school since 2014 and at present am a student of Class XII, Section -B. I have been doing well in all the examinations for all these years, and my teachers have always been satisfied with my progress in studies and with my conduct.

     So long, I have always cleared my school fees in time. But recently, my family is in great financial problem due to long time lockdown for Covid Pandemic. My father, who has been running a small business, faces sudden decline in his business so much so that he now finds it difficult to maintain the family, not to speak of bearing my educational expenses. I now find no alternative to discontinuing my studies without any external help.

     Under the circumstances, I beg to apply to your kind self to exempt me from payment of school fees for the year so that I can complete my studies in your school. For this act of kindness, I shall be  grateful to you forever.
