Sub: An application for repairing dead telephone.

Sir,

     I, Krishna Biswas, a resident of Nrisinghapur, Santipur, Nadia, beg to inform you that I have a BSNL landline connection at my house and the Telephone no is 03472-273318. The phone is in disturbance and out of order since 07/09/2014. On 08/09/2014, I lodged a written complaint which was duly noted by your officer under the Reg. No-KNG/2055. But till now, no action has been taken from your end to rectify the defect. Being a businessman, I am facing much difficulty for lack of the service of my telephone.

     So, I would like to request you to do the needful from your end to rectify the problem as early as possible so that I can run my business smoothly. Copy of my previous complaint is also attached to this application.
