        In response to your advertisement published in The Statesman dated 20th Feb,13, I beg to inform you that I wish to join the free trip to Nepal. I am    Sunanda Malo, D/O- Nilumoni Malo, residing at Santipur, Nadia, West Bengal. I am 13 and studying in class IX. A certificate from my Head Master, which is attached, will testify to it. I will also ready to produce a consent letter from my parents.

    I shall be very much thankful if you let me know the duration and the date of the trip as well as the name of materials to be carried during the trip.

    An early response from your end will enable me as a member of that trip.
