As the secretary of your school welfare committee, write a notice to the students informing them about the “Afforestation Programme” to be observed in your school.

All the students of Haripur High School are hereby notified that our school has decided to observe the “Afforestation Programme”. We all know that trees are very important for our living and the effect of global warming is increasing day by day due to excessive felling of trees all over the world. To stop it and to aware all the students about the necessity of afforestation, our school is going to arrange the above mentioned programmed and its schedules are following:

            👉 Date:     10/06/2019

            👉 Time:     12 noon

            👉Place:    School premises and nearby locality.

The students who are willing to be volunteer, must enroll their names to the secretary of the School Welfare Committee before 05/06/2019. They must bring with them broom, spade, bucket. After planting the saplings, a cultural programmed-cum-seminar will be held at school seminar hall and renowned social activist Mr. Ram Sen will be present there to deliver his significant speech on the importance of afforestation.

Co-operation from the all sides is solicited to make it a grand success.
