Sub: for contribution to the Relief Fund of COVID-19
It is hereby notified to all the students that outbreak of COVID-19 has been declared pandemic. To combat with the situation both the Central Government and the State Government have taken up many steps and also set up Relief Funds in prevention and control of situation arising out of unforeseen emergencies like—COVID-19. Our school has decided to raise a fund to inflate West Bengal State Emergency Relief Fund. It is a very difficult time for all of us and almost everyone is experiencing financial crisis. A little help from us will become extremely beneficial to the helpless people in this distressed situation. Contributions can be made in cash or kind like medicine, homemade mask or sanitizer etc. The donations must reach the school office from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on any day, abiding by the guidelines of WHO such as wearing masks, keeping social distance etc. Online payment is encouraged and for this details of the bank account are as follows—
