                       I have just received your letter. Hope you are all well. We are also well. In your letter, you have wanted to know my dwelling village and its villagers and today I will tell you the scenic beauty of my beloved village.

                      My village name is Nrisinghapur, a small village in the district of Nadia, West Bengal. It is situated by bank of Bhagirathi. My village is a lush and the main livelihood of most of the villagers is agriculture. But many people also live on fishing on the lap of Bhagirathi. There are two playgrounds in our village. A huge number of villagers gather at the bank of Bhagirathi in the evening to enjoy the beauty and breeze of the river to relish their all-day’s hard labour. There are so many fruit grove like mango grove, banana grove, lichi grove in our village. There are three primary schools and one high school in our village. People are very friendly and simple. Our village is famous for Poush Mela held in winter. Also many people from different parts of our state visit our village to see the world’s tallest Kali Idol. I am extremely glad and lucky for being a part of my village.
