Madam,

      With due respect, I, Sita Roy, a student of Class X (Roll-2, Sec-A) of your school, on behalf of all the students of our class, wish to draw your kind attention to the poor condition of the blackboard in our classroom.

       Since long, our classroom’s blackboard has not been either painted or repaired. So, the black colour has totally faded away and even at some places, the plaster has come off. The condition is so deplorable that no one can write on it. So, while teaching, our teachers can not illustrate anything on the blackboard. As a result, in many classes, especially in science classes, we cannot understand many topics due to lack of blackboard presentation.

       So, it is our earnest request to you to solve this vital issue as early as possible for the sake of your beloved students.
