A HORRIBLE BUS ACCIDENT IN MURSHIDABAD

Murshidabad, April 30: Yesterday at about 7 am, a horrible bus accident took place at Balirghat in Murshidabad Daulatabad. According to the special source, the bus was running at a high speed. The eyewitness said that the driver was talking on the mobile phone and suddenly he lost the control over the bus. As a result, the bus crushed through the bridge railing and plunged into a pool. The source added that, above 40 passengers died among 57 total passengers. The local people and fishermen came to rescue the victims. Minor wounded persons were released after first-aid and the seriously wounded persons were sent to Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital. The Chief Minister announced Rs. 5 lakhs for each family of the dead persons. Local people blocked the road for three hours. According to the latest news, police came and brought the situation under control.
