     I, Ruma Mondal, a resident of Vill-Bablaban, P.O-Nrisinghapur, Dist- Nadia, beg to inform you that I have recently opened a Saving Bank Account in your Branch and its allotted A/C No. is 0836010204452. Now I need a Cheque Book for my personal use. So, I would like to request you to issue me a Cheque Book containing 20 cheques as early as possible. I am ready to pay the necessary charge if any for my Cheque Book. Photocopy of my Bank Passbook is attached to this application.

     I shall be very much thankful if you grant my request at the earliest realizing the importance of it.
