Letter to a hotel manager to book a room for holiday.

Sub: For booking a room for 5 days.

Sir,

     I, Anit Barui, a resident of Santipur, Nadia, beg to state you that I need an air-conditioned, single room for my family to spend 5 days’ vacation in Digha. We have planned to arrive on 25th of May in the morning and would like to request you to have lunch ready and prepared in our room when we will reach your hotel and will check out on 29th of May at noon. The room must be sea-facing and quiet. Attached bathroom with hot-water supply facility is mandatory. The fair must not be more than 1500/ day.

     Please confirm me the booking by 20/05/21 and also let me know if you need any further information from my end. I am attaching a photocopy of my voter identity card so that you face no problem while confirming the reservation.
