Sir,

        I, Subrata Biswas, a resident of Nrisinghapur, Nadia, beg to state you that I am a long-time consumer of WBSEDCL and my consumer ID is- 33556641536. Since last two weeks, the power connection of my house is totally out of order. We have many vital works to do in house and that are totally stopped due to absence of electricity. Besides, without electricity, our study is being hampered. The senior family members are the worst sufferers. I have already informed you twice in the last week in written format but the problem has yet not been solved. If any charge is needed to fix the problem, I am ready to pay it. A photocopy of my electric bill is attached to this application to help you to prove me as a consumer.

     So, I request you to solve this problem at your earliest so that we can lead our lives smoothly otherwise, I will complain at consumer forum.
