     I, Dipali Barman, a resident of Nrisinghapur Math para, Santipur, Nadia, beg to inform you that my brother sent me a registered letter to my said address on 01/12/2018 but yet the letter has not reached my address. It seems that either the letter has been mistakenly delivered to somebody else or lost in transit. That letter is very much urgent and important to me as it contains the new address and contact number of my brother who shifted in New Delhi. If I can not able to contact with him, he will be in great trouble.
