Write a letter to the Flipkart authority about the delivery of an unsealed product to your address.

Sub: Application for refund or replace of unsealed product.

Sir,
     I, Piu Kirtaniya, a resident of Nrisinghapur, Santipur, Nadia, Pin-741404, beg to state you that I purchased Samsung Galaxy S7 smart phone on 15/01/2019 at 11 am from Flipkart via mobile app. My order number was-25485355656534113. That product was delivered to me on 18/01/2019 by eKart courier. But after opening the primary cover, I discovered that the seal of the mobile box was already broken. I think that something illegal was done before the delivery. I, being an old customer of Flipkart, can not expect such thing from your end.

    So I request you to look into the matter and replace the product with the same or refund my money taking it back. I am sending this letter along with the purchasing invoice so that it becomes easy for you to take action. I leave this matter for your kind consideration and hope you will do the needful at your earliest.
