Process of Making a Statue

Statues are frequently made using plaster-of-paris. The making of such statue needs intense attention and care. To make a statue of Plaster-of-paris, we have to follow the following procedures. At first, warm water is taken in a jar. After that, plaster-of-paris is poured into that warm water. Water and plaster-of-paris are mixed well to prepare a mixture. The mixture should not be very dense or very thin. After that, a cast of statue is made with wood. Making this wood casting requires a caliber of the artist. Then the mixer is poured in that wooden cast carefully and the cast is left in appropriate humid surrounding of a room to harden it. When the plaster-of-paris becomes hard enough, cast is carefully removed from the with the use of right equipment. Finally, the statue is coloured. Thus, a statue of plaster-of-paris is made and prepared for the display.
